Supporting Twice Exceptional Champions

BIOGRAPHY

When my children were born, my life took a different turn than the one anticipated.

As a woman entrepreneur, I had imagined a life where I would continue to grow as a woman with talents and dreams and create a life where my children would grow to develop their own life and talents. A life where I would continue to live all that I was and create the same space for my children.

As a PhD Candidate at the College in medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, I research and advocate for a deeper and better understanding of twice exceptionality (2e); how it shapes children and their families, and how to support them to their full potential.

To all the 2e champions out there and their moms and dads.

With much love,

Elyse

RESEARCH

As a Mom of a 2e family and PhD Candidate in Health Sciences (College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan), I research how to leverage the role families and to fully support the actualization of full potential for 2e individuals.
